Title I Book Distribution – 2026 Application
- 1. The Toys for Tots Literacy Program is thrilled to announce that we have surpassed our goal of
accepting Title I School requests for over 250,000 books nationwide. As of 10:00 AM on Monday, March
23rd, teachers and administrators from Title I Schools have requested more than 287,435 books, which
we are now working to procure and ship.
- 2. We appreciate the strong interest in this program and remain committed to providing valuable
resources for your classrooms and libraries. If you were unable to submit a request this year, we
apologize and hope to support your school in the future.
- 3. Our efforts to find sponsors and secure additional donations continue so we can purchase even more
books. Literacy is essential not only for academic achievement but also for lifelong success. The Toys for
Tots Literacy Program aims to inspire a love of reading among underprivileged children and serves as a
crucial means of breaking the cycle of poverty—one book at a time!
